Since all biscuits are handcrafted, all of them will be slightly different in size and weight. Offering them by weight allows consistency in every package we deliver.  We know that it is really hard to gauge the amount of biscuits you will get in 120g or 300g. So we have done the maths - 120g will give you at least 10 pieces of biscuits!

Our biscuits are naturally quite hardy. If kept in an airtight container and stored in a cool dry place, they can last up to 6 months! But really, can you leave them for that long?

For all of our orders, we have a 1 week satisfaction guarantee. If the flavours don’t meet your expectations, or the goods arrive significantly damaged we can coordinate a solution that suits your needs.

All orders are delivered through Australia Post’s eParcel network. Delivery lead times are estimates and may vary. In your order, please nominate a safe place to leave your order so it can be delivered if you’re not available to sign for the parcel. If the area is not deemed to be safe, the driver will use their discretion to not leave the parcel and deliver it to a local post office for collection.

Whilst we love the creamy and buttery texture of our biscuits, we are highly against chemicals in food. The composition of our vegan gluten-free biscuits yields biscuits that are slightly 'wet'. That way, everyone can still have that soft and chewy texture of biscuits.

No. Unfortunately, we are only shipping within Australia at this time.

Our gluten free vegan biscuits contain almonds and coconut, while our mainstream flavours don’t have nuts included in their recipes. However, as all our biscuits are made in a single kitchen there may be traces of nuts. Consume with caution if you are allergic to nuts.

If purchasing biscuits in pouches, they are susceptible to breakage and are intended for personal consumption or hamper fillers. However, if your biscuits are delivered in a tin or box and arrive damaged, you can contact us within the first week from delivery and we can coordinate with you a solution.
